Students must complete an application form to be considered for a scholarship or loan. Supplemental information in the form of attachments also is required. Fewer attachments are needed from applicants whom the Foundation previously has funded. All application materials must arrive at the Foundation no later than May 30.
Recommendations: Two letters of recommendation are required from individuals who know the applicant well. One letter must be from a current teacher, guidance counselor, principal, head of school, or dean. Applicants whom the Foundation previously has funded are required to attach a single letter of recommendation from a professor.
Scholastic achievement: All applicants must attach a transcript of courses and grades to date. College entry-level applicants need to include their SAT scores.

The board will notify applicants of its decision by the end of July.
Make sure the application is complete and includes all required attachments. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
