The Nettie Lokey Wiley and Charles L. Wiley Foundation funds institutions and individuals who give young children of Lancaster County, Virginia, the kind of inspiration and education Nettie Lokey Wiley enjoyed as a child – and that she shared with others as a teacher and a benefactor throughout her life. The Foundation supports schools, libraries, museums, daycare, healthcare, and cultural enrichment programs for young children in Lancaster County. It awards scholarships and grant loans to individuals who, like Nettie Lokey Wiley, want to dedicate their lives to recognizing and realizing the promise of our young children.
