The board considers written funding requests in April and October. There is no application form. Instead, applicants should send a letter that describes the organizations history, mission and accomplishments. Enclose evidence of the organizations 501(c)3 status. Identify the officers, directors, and key staff. Indicate the organizations sources of funds, enclose a copy of the annual budget, and specify whether one-time or multi-year support is being sought. Be sure to describe the organizations proposed program or project in the context of the Foundations mission. Letters of request must be received by March 30 or September 30 to be considered.
Send letters of request to:

The board will notify applicants of its decision within 60 days of the application deadline.
