The board considers written funding requests in April and October. There is no application form. Instead, applicants should send a letter that describes the organization’s history, mission and accomplishments. Enclose evidence of the organization’s 501(c)3 status. Identify the officers, directors, and key staff. Indicate the organization’s sources of funds, enclose a copy of the annual budget, and specify whether one-time or multi-year support is being sought. Be sure to describe the organization’s proposed program or project in the context of the Foundation’s mission. Letters of request must be received by March 30 or September 30 to be considered.
